Full renovations and upgrades includes hotelesque-type features, including a new entrance lobby and welcome center, information technology services, conference rooms and offices.

The complex is comprised of three existing structures; two of the structures are eighteen story towers. The third building is a low rise that links both of the towers via glass corridors. Improvements are made throughout the entire complex including new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems, storefront and curtain wall.
