Our complete renovation design service provides a contemporary, modern bath for a small space. The horizontal wrapping tile extends through the floor-to-ceiling glass shower partition increasing the sense of space.

Sound batt insulation is added to the interior walls surrounding the room to contain noise from the adjacent bedrooms. A solid wood birch sliding door is incorporated to increase usable space. Floor-to-ceiling built-in cabinets and drawers are added to maximize storage and reduce clutter.

The shower has options of a regular shower head and an alternate rain shower head. Pockets for storage are integrated in the tile design to conceal hygiene products that are normally kept in the shower. The linear drain is concealed in the floor tile and a teak pull-down seat opposite the shower head offers age-in-place use, without looking institutionalized.

A heating system is integrated in the tile floors eliminating the need for a rug; another trip hazard for those that wish to age-in-place.

Speakers are integrated in the ceiling design with the home’s stereo system.
